  • is a company that acts as an intermediary agent between service providers and the consumer. We specialize in connecting users with highly qualified drivers, with modern and safe vehicles.

Contract and reservations

  • By making a reservation on our page you are signing a contract for services between the final consumer and the driver. The final agreement (Contract) for transportation services is between you, the third party and the so-called driver (driver).

  • When you make a reservation through our page, you are making a contract with the driver.

  • Reservations at are subject to the availability of the drivers, as well as the available vehicles.

Details of the trip

  • In airport transfers, the driver will take into account as a reference for your meeting, the landing time of your flight previously indicated when making your reservation taking into account possible flight delays to guarantee your meeting at the terminal.

  • In transfers from the client's location, the driver will arrive at the point previously indicated in the reservation 10 minutes in advance, so for each reservation a minimum of 2 hours is requested.

  • Compare your reservation data, generally when making your reservation you assign a sedan vehicle no later than 2 hours before your service, a new confirmation will arrive with the data of the vehicle and the driver assigned for your service.

  • Last minute changes or erroneous information must be communicated directly to the driver.

  • Any changes in your travel plans must be reported to the driver and will be pending confirmation.

  • Any adjustments will be considered, but could lead to possible wait times.
    We advise the client to contact the driver if the delay is more than ONE hour.


  • The responsibility for the provision of transport services between you and the driver, is limited exclusively to the 2 parts, between which the service has been contracted.
    The liability of resulting from this contract, will be limited as an agent (third person) between you and the driver.
    Any anomaly resulting in the service will be the sole responsibility of the driver and the insurance companies.

  • Neither we nor the driver will be responsible for the losses caused due to the lack of sufficient time for the trip (flights included).

  • In accepting the terms and conditions, you agree that is in no way responsible for any loss, expenses or claims made by you in the event of any problem associated with transportation, and all claims will be redirected to the driver.

Availability of Services

  • has the right on behalf of the driver to reject any request made by you.
    We do not guarantee that all reservations are accepted by a driver.

  • All information provided on the websites is in good faith and correct at the time of printing. will not be responsible for errors in reservations that are not notified to us or the driver.

Way to pay

  • offers different payment methods:

  1. The client pays the total during the online reservation process with a credit card, debit card or through Paypal

  2. Full payment at time of service in cash

  3. full payment at the time of service by credit card, debit card

  4. Wire transfer

Some destinations require full payment in advance or do not accept card payment at the time of service

Changes and Cancellations made by you

Any change in the details of the transfer must be requested through the "Your Reservation" section of the website before the date of the trip and will not take effect until it is checked with the driver and confirmed by email.

Any change within 24 hours before the original reservation (change of date) will have an extra charge of 25% of the initial reservation price.

a) If canceled up to 48 hours before the pick-up time (as mentioned in the voucher) the cancellation fee will be 25% of the initial reservation price.
b) If canceled between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled time (as mentioned in the voucher), the penalty will be 50% of the initial reservation price.
c) If canceled within 24 hours before the scheduled time (as mentioned in the voucher), the penalty will be 100% of the initial reservation price.

Changes and cancellations by the driver

  • If the driver has to make a significant change or has to cancel the service, he will be informed as soon as possible.

  • We will use all reasonable efforts to meet your vehicle preference, however, we may have to program an alternative vehicle for operational or safety reasons. If we need to change your reservation to a lower category or smaller vehicle for which a lower price is available, we will refund the difference.

  • On rare occasions we may have to cancel your trip. In such circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund (which will be paid within 30 days), but we will have no other liability to you that may arise from such cancellation. We will, however, make all reasonable efforts to try to find suitable alternatives for any confirmed and subsequently canceled reservation by us.

Changes and cancellations by the Provider

  • In the event of a delay of the client's flight of> 1 hour, the driver has the right to cancel the reservation. In this case the customer will be reimbursed the total amount paid for it.

  • We will inform you as soon as possible if the driver needs to make a significant change to your reservation or has to cancel it. We will use all reasonable efforts and efforts to find suitable alternative transportation for your reservation at no additional cost, but we will have no further responsibility towards you.

Return policy

  • Any cancellation of the contract must be made directly in the reservations section or in writing by email addressed to our executive

  • If we receive your cancellation request more than 48 hours before the pick-up time of the transfer you wish to cancel, you will be reimbursed the amount paid for the reservation, less 25% of the total amount of the reservation. If we receive your cancellation request between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled time (as mentioned in the voucher), the amount paid for this transfer will be returned, less 50% of the total amount of the reservation. No refund will be made for cancellations received within less than 24 hours of the scheduled transfer time you wish to cancel.

  • Refunds will be made within 30 days.


  • All contact in relation to the modification of your reservation data must be requested by email or through our site.

  • It is essential to verify that the email address you provided is correct and that you read all incoming emails up to the time of your transfer.

  • In the case of unavoidable alterations to the contract, you will be informed by email at the address provided by you at the time of booking, the act of sending this email is considered as proof of receipt by you. The same system is applies to other advisory messages that we may send you.

  • If for any other reason you cannot be at the collection point within a reasonable time after the scheduled pick-up time specified in your reservation, the driver will try to contact you at the mobile phone number you have provided.

  • If it is not possible to contact you because you have not provided a working mobile phone number at the time of booking; you do not have a good connection, there is no signal, voicemail activated or the call is not answered, you will not be provided with the service. The Driver is relieved of his obligations and a refund will not be made.

Force Majeure

  • and the driver are not responsible for changes, delays or cancellation of service due to Force Majeure or any other unfavorable or unforeseen circumstance beyond the control of drivers.
